The Pink Mingo Mission: Our mission is to make online shopping as enjoyable, simple, and stress free as possible. If you receive a product that is defective or otherwise not as described, you may be eligible to return the item for a replacement, as specified below.
The Pink Mingo does not accept any returns, refunds, or exchanges on any products once the product is delivered to the carrier.
If your item arrives damaged or otherwise defective, you may request a replacement. You can follow these simple steps.
1) Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to start your support ticket.
2) Subject line - "REPLACEMENT"
3) Include the following information:
a) Order # (or screenshot of original order confirmation)
b) Photo / video evidence of the product defect
c) Reason for return and explanation of damage
Like we have said, we want you to feel 100% confident with everything you buy with us, and we will do anything to make sure that is true! If you feel like you are eligible for a return, please send us an email at email@example.com, and we are more than happy to help you understand our policies and guide you through the return process!
To be eligible for a replacement, you must open a ticket within 48 hours of delivery. Not all orders are eligible for replacement.
Please notify us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 48 hours days after delivery. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, and it must be in the original packaging. Only products that arrive defective or damaged will be eligible for a refund.
If 48 hours have passed from the time of delivery, unfortunately we will not be able to offer you a refund or exchange.
To request a replacement, buyers are required to provide photographic evidence of the product's manufacturing defects to email@example.com. Without photos or videos, no replacement will be issued. If the case is deemed valid, we will deliver a replacement, or in some select cases, a cash back refund.
Any packages that are returned without notifying us will not be processed, and will be recognized as unidentified mail. Do not send us a return package without emailing us first. Without a support ticket it will not be possible for us to issue a return.
All sales are final – no refunds or exchanges.
Note: We work with many suppliers, and as such, sometimes there are slight but immaterial differences in products or brands. This will not be deemed as a valid reason for return.
Note on apparel: Buyers are responsible for inquiry about sizing and charts. All apparel sales are final, no refund or exchange for sizing differences.
Lost Packages: If you have not received your package after 6-8 weeks, please contact us immediately. If three months have passed since your order and you still have not received your product, we will be unable to assist you.

Please send the information to us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org. You should also enclose it in your returned package for us to match your order. Without the evidence, your package maybe recognized as unidentified mail.
Refunds (if applicable)
If you are instructed to send your product back for a refund, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund after it has arrived and been inspected. Your product must be returned to us in the original condition in which you received it, or you will not be eligible for a refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a few days (allow processing time). If refund is denied, buyer will be responsible for shipping product back to them, or choose to dispose of item.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, these are the steps you can take to check it out:
- Please check your bank balance again, transactions may have been delayed.
- Contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted, as it may take up to 3-5 business days for them to process the credit.
- Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Customers are permitted to cancel their order within a 1-hour time frame from when their order is placed. We begin processing our orders as soon as they are received, making Order Cancellations very time sensitive. Please note that a valid reason must be provided to be eligible for an Order Cancellation. A Cancellation & Re-Stocking Fee from 20-50% may be applied for a Cancelled Order.
To return your product, please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org, and we are more than happy to guide you through the return process!
Please be reminded that you will be responsible for the return shipping label, which is non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
Please take note that items returned without a trackable shipping method will not be processed, since we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned items.
SHIPPING AND HANDLING
The time for order delivery is divided into two parts:
- Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, quality, check and packaging. All orders are usually sent to our manufacturer for dispatch within 3-5 days after the order is placed and payment is received.
- Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination.

Tracking Numbers frequently take a few days to a week to update and display correct tracking information. Please use a 3rd party website such as https://www.17track.net/en to track your order.
Note that for some countries, shipping may take longer than estimated.
Depending volume of orders we are receiving, your shipment may take longer than usual. Rest assured, we are working hard to get everything out ASAP. We know it may be frustrating to wait longer than expected for your order, but the one thing we don’t want to do is sacrifice is the quality of our products. Thanks for understanding.
If you need to make changes to your order, please email us within 1 hour of placing your order and we will be happy to make the required changes. If your order has already been shipped we will not be able to change it unfortunately. Please make sure to check you have selected the right size and color to avoid disappointment.
*Please note that all cancelations are subject to a 20% cancelation and restocking fee, because we immediately begin our fulfillment process.
After the 1 hour window, your product is already on its way and cannot be reversed.
Order and Shipping Timeline
Please take note of how this process will work.
1. After you order, you will receive an order confirmation email or text. This will give you an order number with the total transaction value and the products ordered.
2. Allow 2-5 days for processing, and we will send you a shipping confirmation with a tracking number. This tracking number will take up to 3-5 days to become active, so if the tracking number is not showing up initially, wait another day to check the status of the package.
3. In order to provide the best products at the lowest possible price, we have products all over the world. Some products will arrive within 4-7 business days, other will arrive within 12-20 business days.
